About us
INdT, based on Informatics Law in Brazil, is a non-profit Research & Development center founded by Nokia in 2001. Its mission is to create and deploy innovative technological solutions on the mobile communications area. The main competence areas of knowledge in INdT are Mechanics & Electronic Assemblies, Mobile Linux Software, Mobile Solutions & Services and Operations & Logistics.
The Institute has Research Centers established in Manaus, Brasília and Recife. Also, it is constantly seeking to establish cooperation agreements with world class institutions such as Universities, public and private institutions and other R&D centers.
INdT counts on a highly qualified team, including PhDs, Masters and graduated personnel in areas related to technology and mobility. This staff plus the high tech equipments we have makes INdT a high quality Research Center in the world.
